Im Not sure if im missing something here but i find your next 12month projections to be way out even for an estimate:

Let’s add a measly app subscription of about 10,000 users @ $12 over 12 months.
12 months @ $12, with 10,000 subs = $1,440,000"

I would have thought based on FY2020 sales we should be looking at the upper of between 45,000-70,000 units not 8,000...

Also where are you getting $12 pm app subscription from? i believe the rrp is around $5-$6 p/m so our net ave. is probably around the $3 mark from memory.. and also dont forget it compounds with all previous active purchases.

Depending on a few macro issues i would be estimating 2021 revenue to be $18mill - $21mill with similar growth tracking in the kids watch sector with minimal contribution from seniors life which is quite different from the reduction in revenue to $7.3mill you've estimated..
