I think in 2 years time we'll look back at this and say 100k units per year is chicken feed.
The global potential for this is many multiples of that in my opinion.
But at present MGM doesn't have the resources to fund such a huge rollout nor the sales records to justify the massive cost, to rush an expansion of that scale now would be nothing more than an all-in bet on heads or tails.
What's important now is taking significant steps, one at a time and making each step count. If the right path is chosen and each path is seen through to the end, these small steps will become giant leaps and bounds.
The issue with urgency in holding out the competition is real but MGM is already well advanced in terms of market research, product Q&A, customer feedback, product and software development, building community awareness and will have a headstart with all of these tools and knowledge to fight the war when the time comes.
I believe the next calendar year will host the growth explosion we are looking for.
