    66 Kv cables have been on the books for years , and at this late stage they are conveniently an issue? Not that Quamera said anything to suggest there was a problem. Lightning strikes that have been countered are OK! Perhaps the earth connection is on the other side of the pole , or perhaps they only need to earth a few poles here and there.
