It looks like 4 NGOs have bought Rovers for shipping to Ukraine. It may be at discount, I don’t know, but it’s certainly, along with the Mariners buying one, evidence on ground of their effectiveness, and can’t help but spread the word of right product, right use, good functionality, win win it looks like to me.
