Hi all,
I worked out the issue last night with uploading images directly to the website (The specific image file cannot be uploaded) so I have now converted them and attached above.
I stated in the original post "The main building, in comparison to cars on the road is also much larger than the announcement picture lets on"
Have a look at the second image taken from Google guides, I am fairly confident that is a black SUV parked out front.
