I hope not too but previous form would suggest it can’t be ruled out. Two weeks prior to the last CR the companies announcement stated they were well funded to execute their business plan with current cash reserves...then bang $10 m CR came out two weeks later.
Just seems strange dump with well above recent average volume, something is up imo
