Hi Guys, need some inputs / thoughts on the below.
From the facebook post of Jason W regarding his discussion with Roby Zomer, Roby has hinted about possible sale of Derma.
Further, he clearly said that the VC deal is still not off the table. With potential VC deal ($40 mn) and other products under Derma, the division can sell for around $80 - 90 mn (approx 2x of VC - valuations are done on potentials just like the Price to Earnings).
What can that translate for MXC market cap? Am I overestimating something? Please feel free to correct any of my assumptions above with your logic / calculations. GLTAH.
