If anything, they are behind every MM company that has already applied for a MM cultivation licence.

The ANN is actually quite misleading, Ill share another quote:

"These licences will put MCL in the forefront of Australian Research and Development (R&D) as we identify cultivars of interest that will be investigated further under our proposed medical cultivation permit."

They will in fact do no such things and theyve been a bit deceptive in tying a licence permitted by the department of primary industries for hemp production to medical cultivation research. They can infact do no such medical cultivation with this DPI licence.

What about the second paragraph:

it clearly states CANNABIS and it is "in addition" to the aforementioned hemp license...

I hold both MXC and QBL...
