Having a quick search on Google in my 10min break at work, (because for sure your question is valid), not a lot of up to date information comes up. However this did & is related to the article @Footmax posted about a recent Canadian takeover of a Slovenian Company:

I think as soon as I get time, will do some more research. There is a lot of older information from 2016-2017 on Google searches & legislative changes happening since then, including Slovenia, Malta an example. I think MXC are ahead of the 8 ball in this respect.

Seriously don’t think a Canadian Company TO would be happening in Slovenia if export was an issue.

One thing I think is really important for us, is that we have seed to completed product control. This will be so important for us in GMP compliance for medications. . GLTA
