It's not that difficult. If you claim something as a fact, provide a link to your source, so others can check for themselves.
It's what I did in my first posts on the announcement. I linked to the sources and voiced my concerns. One cannot prove a negative, so I only explained my reasoning, based on what I found.
If there is proof that VC's funds are enough to cover the $40 million commitment, that would be material information that has to be announced I believe. I don't believe the information pn received is true, but I am willing to be corrected. I still firmly believe pigs will fly while singing the national anthem before this deal will happen.
If I'm mistaken everyone can have a good laugh at me.
