Yeah, well you have to separate out the two issues. The first is the issue of the capital value applied to the derma division (which is where the VC deal comes under scrutiny) and the second is what sort of supply arrangement could exist between the new buyer and MGC. Keep in mind that the new buyer is free to arrange a supply deal with any supplier, so while a contractual supply arrangement with MGC would really help, its just pure speculation.
