Yes I also agree. Roby was clearly frustrated with promises of performance on the contract but little if any action. Why not insist on something like $500k as a measure of good faith. If that’s rejected then start proceedings. They have nothing to lose now because the market has already discounted the fact that the deal is null and void or there will be a long drawn out court case.
MGC are getting some traction in other areas so now is the time to start applying some pressure on Varmco.
