My understanding having had a conversation with management is that VC is definitely legit and that because their product contain CBD and is not medically proven it can only be sold as “experimental” online or as an IMP (investigative medical product)
The contract is legit but the question is can they pay and that is where the big question mark is. I know that management have sighted a $800 mio bank statement so even if that was a temporary transfer from another entity someone is backing them...or was it fake?
What we do know is that now is the time to put some pressure on by requesting $250k or so up front as a “good faith” payment. That’s not unreasonable after 9 months. If VC can’t even do that then its time to take legal action. IMO management were rather naive to not request the $1 mio up front on the signing of the contract.
