Agreed that it is important. The buyer will have an opinion/research on the deal. If they expect it to continue then they will pay higher for derma. If they don't then they will pay lower. As far as mxc is concerned the money upfront is important but so to is any ongoing revenues they can negotiate out of the sale. If they can be the supplier for mxc derma brand into the future then this is a win-win and the VC deal become less important to mxc as new buyer takes the risk. All of which is by the by as it is clear mxc is moving more into the other two divisions of the company. IMO
