If your estimates are anywhere near correct and we get a positive ann which supports growing revenue streams then the SP is going to the moon!
This then makes a lot of sense to jump into the options rather than buying heads at 6.4c
The options provide a really attractive leverage factor. here is the example:
Lets say two investors have $5000 to spend each.
Investor 1 buys heads @6.4c = 78,125 shares Investor 2 buys 1,000,000 options @ 0.5c
Investor 2 converts to head shares @6.5c per shares before june 30 which then costs a total of $70,000.
Investor 2 sells his shares when the SP is 20c.Total profit is $200000 less $70000 = $130000
Investor 1 sells at the same time (78125 @ 0.20) = $15,625 les $5000 = profit $10,625.
(Not included is the opportunity cost of the additional $65000 held until sale for investor 2)
