    Broke, the shares are not offered to the shareholders.They are on offer to one diretor only.50m @ .04 plus another 37m @ .05 options.And if things don`t go as planned he can get his money back, because they are convertable notes!This company could have issued shares at any time in the last 6 weeks @ 10 to 13 and they would have been taken up.
