    re: so where to from here? I was a lover of this stock, I lost a stock got out and have got back in yesterday, the nta of the properties make it attractive in the long term as they have good properties in expanding cities. They also have the capacity to develop these properties in 20 years time to maximise the return, I'm sure we all would love to develop a block that you have owned for 20 years ... that as posatively geared every year.
    I think the family needs to pull their head in and not try to take every development opportunity but cherry pick to get the best or most profitable ones .... if there is none available then at least they didn't go broke on bad developments
