my personal view is that we have a share market boom followed imeadiatly by a property boom followed by a flat period followed by a share market boom followed....
the cycles are pretty regular around 10 or 12 years to loop around ... so if property eased in 2004 then we must be starting share market run soon and then in 6 years we will start the next property run ...
yes I know 4 billion people will say that you make money in property regardless, but they are smarter then me and buy bargins and sell on the highest day of the year
