    I think Fujitsu have something to do with the competitor, not 100% sure here.

    This could get messy, I dont believe it has anything to do with MXL, but there may be some legal complications being sorted out, or some litigatation in process between the other mob and QLD government.

    It is starting to look like MXL is better off not worrying about this contract any further and concentrating on NZ and other possible contracts. IMO.
