MXR & FMS information

Whilst excited about MXR potential, I am now also very cautious due to 2 directors who are board members of both MXR & FMS.  I have sold most of my holding but will keep some as there is potential with MXR.  As I said, just being cautious now as IMO, FMS has NOT succeeded.  Also with FMS they were spending double on ADMIN costs verus EXPLORATIONS when it should be the other way around.  As always DYOR and make your own choices.  This is IMO and information is provided below.  A positive with MXR, they have reduced salaries from 2014.  I just hope their successful and spend more on exploration then admin.  We all need to eat and earn money, but I would always hope that a ASX listed company pay themselves fairly, but have very good bonus incentives setup, this way everyone wins and we can see as SH they are backing themselves and the projects their in.  All information provided below is available in the 2015 annual reports of both companies.
