    They are extremely slow. Way slower that almost all other spec stocks out there. The key point is we don't want a lithium JV. We want MXR to retain 100% of the lithium projects and prioritise them. However, MXR does not listen and hence why they got a 'First Strike' and will be on the cusp next year of getting booted out with a second.
