@JUJX11 my conclusion hmmm..

Well the MXR management team need to get things moving along on all fronts, Gold drilling & MRE, Lithium & Nickel exploration. Whether it's a JV or standalone on the lithium doesn't phase me as both have their advantages (capital preservation/shared risk vs full ownership). More regular news flow and ultimately results is what SH want to see.

MXR has a ~$14m Market cap with ~$6m cash for an enterprise value of $8m. Low SOI 317m (undiluted) so a relatively light register which can move quickly on volume. Top 20 are holding 47% and including PNR with ~20%.

With respect to #Gold, a combined resource estimate of 135k oz Au is reasonable, but needs to get bigger - the updated MRE scheduled for December should inform.





On the #Lithium front, my understanding is that there's significant interest in Spargoville, companies are contacting MXR and discussions are in progress, so an update on this in the near term would be welcome.





On the technicals the SP is trading at 2 year lows, falling wedge with some sideways consolidation for the last few months. 4-5c does look like a solid support and therefore in the Buy zone in my opinion. It is due for a trend reversal, but that will depend on news/progress, market sentiment and the value PNR attribute to the gold once updated MRE is available.

That's a few quick thoughts in a nutshell (a lot of which I'm sure most holders already know).
