    Okay so I got one thing wrong with the southern lease, it's not 100% MXR cause Bill Beament's DVP have 25% lol another huge name in the industry.

    MXR have been sampling Larkenville for Lithium, expect news soon and as I said, I believe it's better ground than the JV, lots of outcropping will be mapped with values up to 5.3% Li.
