Redemption is up to the Directors, who of course are nominees of the parent company - there is nothing in the original prospectus forcing redemption. I doubt that they will want to maintain the property trust structure once all assets are disposed of. And I think that they will be happy to be rid of this legacy hybrid - I'm guessing it is a minor blot on their credit reputation. My opinion only.
