    flicked half today ... since divs are non-cumulative it has some equity-like characteristics and has rerated along with oversold REITs (GMG, GPT, HDF etc) IMO.

    Upcoming div does not hurt but a $10 rerate to get a $1.50 div does not make sense.

    Still like but will wait for ex-div and a down day to consider topping up.
