Don't really have any strong recommendations and it depends how much money you want to invest. For myself, I like a portfolio of hybrids and debt instruments with good running yields and chance of good capital gain over longer term.
Examples are AAZPB,GNSPA,FCLPA,TPAPA (when they re-list, equity should move down and debt move up, subject to capital raising), FXJPB, SAKHA, MBLHB, TTXPA, RHCPA, SEVPC, SUNPB, and IANG. If FCL is considered a "survivor", FCLPA offers a good running yield of around 21% per annum with the potential to achieve a yield of around 60% per annum assuming redemption in late 2012.
