Hey JT,

suggesting a delay in passing judgement on the directors means you feel their 'role over' stragtegy might lead to a better outcome than 90 cents !?

How can that be .. i'm no poker player but why bluff now?

In all the different takeover scenarios posted these last few years I can't recall seeing this one .. please someone correct, me if I'm wrong. I know DB knew what the parameters of the bid might be ... but did he ever suggest our board would just fold like this?

I still can't fathom the timing of it all.. they have money in the bank .. a significant reserves upgrade 4-6 weeks away ... the whole sector is depressed ... and the global economy has the stutters.

What was the hurry??

If things do work out a litle better for us ... it will surely be serendipidous at best !?
