Reality is it's shifted the power dynamic more toward the employee rather than the employer for the first time in a while. It's an opportunity that people can take advantage of which will start to eat into the job vacancies, just needs a bit of time..

I agree with you. But for the purposes of LVT recovering it's losses, the December quarter might be surprising. Just not in a good way.
