Before you get Karl's reply. What do you think his reply would be? It feels like playing a game of chess. I can think of 3 types of reply. One of them is, of course, a standard letter. What do you think of the other 2 replies?

Surely it would NOT be, "Oh dear we are in deep shxt! We have done everything and whatever we can with the introduction of new products and strategy and expect the breakeven in year 3xxx. Please be patience and if do not hear from me again, that would be the end of this company by mid 202x."
