The only question mark i have is the loss of clients. Is LVT losing clients because of the new strategy to focus on larger clients or is that just an excuse they came up with to justify loss of clients due to product not being sticky and expensive. Im pretty sure the ending of N3 partnership would have had an affect on losing clients and most would have signed for 2-3 years so end of 2020 and 2021 would have been the time most contracts would have finished. So im also hoping this is a major factor as to why we are losing clients and its not about product.
Positive is that even though we have lost clients our ARR and cash receipts continue to grow. So just on the fact that lvt is still growing is enough to convince me to buy more.
