"They were never added to your Westpac account as they created Issuer Sponsored holdings.

If you don't know your Issuer sponsored holding SRN I suggest you contact Security Transfer Registrars .

Then you can fill out an Issuer to Chess Conversion Form.

I am with Commsec and had an Issuer Sponsored holding created when the holding statements were distributed."
