Here's my thoughts on how I think things will progress with TIS :

Current market cap = $15m ( @ $0.047c)
Share price dripples higher to 6c over coming 6 months
Raise $15m @ $0.045, giving partner approx 50%. New market cap = $30m
This would be a catalyst for share price appreciation given certainty of hitting Ph2 results (but not certainty of successful Ph2 results!)

The question is how high will it go prior to Ph2 results...?
