The board does "not" appear "at all" supportive of the 45 cents outrage and the hedge funds will come out of ambush when the circumstances require it.

Again, there wasn't one single occurrence of the word recommedation in the latest pile of ballot correspondence from Sundance (now that we have the 2 mining permits in hand).

This ommission sticks out like a sore thumb.

As you would know, if the board is serioulsy supportive of the bid (rather than being coreced into a recommendation in the absence of the mining permits), we would have a letter from the chairman "urging" SDL share holders to vote yes.
