Have a look at the bottom of page 7 of the general meeting announcement from CRE
"Focus currently has a relevant interest in 348,399,728 Crescent Shares, representing a voting power in Crescent Shares of 29.25% as at the date of this Notice."
This was based on the acceptances recieved at the time. FML has not bought any shares so the only voting rights they have are based on acceptances.
This has now increased significantly. When you accepted the offer you signed away your voting rights as per the bidders statement.
This is why FML is not allowed to vote on the notes, as they have a vested interest.
You may have a proxy and CRE may be ringing people , but do they know who has and who hasnt accepted and as of what date? Maybe not
Im just calling it as I am reading the info, so definitely not gospel.
