    ok, I see that and interpret it in the same way as you imply.

    How does this explain the following from the GM announcement.
    "Focus has a relevant interest in 348,399,728 Crescent Shares, resulting in voting power of
    29.25% in Crescent as at the date of this Meeting."

    Im not arguing just keen to understand.

    FML hasnt purchased any shares, why do they have voting rights?

    Is it because they had aquired these share acceptances prior to the meeting announcement?
