I believe I know the workings of centro pretty well now. I have studied the figures over and over. About a week ago I looked though it all and on the advise of other I took a look at CER. When CER and CNP where almost at paritity I switched over. A few people here put me on to check out CER.
My advise is take a look too. The facts are simple CER has a much better chance of survival their LVR is much lower and holder better assets. They also have less debit making it alot easier to refinance. Orbis has been buying big into CER while CBA is selling hard on CNP.
On extention announcement I believe the upside will be similar for CER to CNP. CER is also still able to pay dispursments and did 5c this year almost 50% the share price. You can say what you like I was an avid CNP holder but believe now CNP might go under with so much debit and more due soon. Banks will lend the money to CER before they lend it to CNP. Thou CNP traded at 10 bucks last year don't let yourself be fooled it was massively over valued. My advise is at least look at CER and no I'm not ramping CER either as i really don't think HC can effect share price anways. I just feel CER has been really reasonable forgotten about in this situation and hate to see people loose money.
