I think your numbers have always been quite good, as well as your overall analysis.
The share buy-back is a true mystery. Maybe Phantom is right, they're waiting for the price to get into the gutter before buying it up.
Emma should have gone into politics. She's got a true knack of explaining things without explaining them, "simplifying the business" & "waiting for an opportune time" really don't sound anything like plans which benefit shareholders.
