My Analysis: No synergy value in valuation, page-113

Personally I believe this is the deliberate use of legalise designed to confuse us and 'legally' manipulate our vote. To all who are saying to vote for the updated offer to be approved otherwise they're agreeing to the 14c offer I ask, what, are they gonna go through the individual votes and give some shareholders 20.8c and the others 14c? Really? And if so, what amount per share are they gonna give the sh who don't bother to vote? Pfizer doesn't need our approval to raise the offer, if ppl have been told our original vote stands, then surely we don't have to do anything...this deliberate (IMHO) confusing shareholders game is really starting to tick me off. If you're against Pfizer stealing our company you should vote against ANY resolution that has an option for that to become a possibility...in my honest opinion and dyor
