my first ever coffee catchup with fellow RAP holders lies a residential block of land that was purchased for 5 mil. Neighbouring properties were only breaching 2 mil max at the time. Developers wanted to erect a commercial building there and paid for the privilege.
Yes, two of the most vocal proponents of RAP have left the premises but tactically it makes little sense NOT to hold out until the last minute.
