@kidajh - post:: I just telephoned the ResApp shareholder information hotline. I explained to the individual I was speaking to that I have already voted no to the original scheme of arrangement and the offer of $0.14 and I asked would I need to vote again to reject the current revised offer and the answer was a definite no.
In another words, if I have already voted no then my no vote still counts towards this revised offer and I do not need to vote again.
