I believe this is incredibly wrong advice Golf.
The resolution (in fact both), clearly refers to the amendment of 5 August.
The first resolution is referring to the increased offer.
The second resolution is referring to the takeover as a whole.
People are free to vote how they want, I just don’t want them doing so on the wrong information.
