I can only imagine the scene in the Pfizer office if they are reading these posts, they will be rolling around with tears in their eyes and belly aches with all the laughing that they will be doing. How anybody thinks that rejecting amendment 1 constitutes accepting .146 c has got me beat. If the vote goes yes it will be for .207c as 1&2 will have been accepted .The .146c offer is now gone. If the amendment is voted down they will have to make a new offer even if it then reverts back to .146 which is highly unlikely.
But then again I could be entirely wrong.
