    Well being tough is one thing. Having enough money to meet your debt payment is other.

    I can sell my assest when the price is right or when the price is wrong. As long as i can meet my debt payments i would prefer to sell them as high as i can.

    dont know 3-4 months seem pretty short to me ... crap i cant even remember when all this GFC stuff started and that was 1 year ago ?
