Due to these significant changes at the top a Company update makes good sense. IMO, at face value, these two quickfire changes are more indicative of a positive outlook than a negative one - although one may well feel sympathy for a talented and loyal employee such as Charles. However this is business and that is what happens.

Alchemia is on the verge of completing a Phase III trial, which if successful should ensure, in one way or another, its value as an investment to current shareholders. It would be a foolish move if the new broom at the top was not a well planned and strategically prudent move in anticipation of positive results. It is not as if the company was facing a perceived bleak future and required changes in top positions in attempt to change course.
