Very interested in this. How early did they flag the changes in the program? What sort of firms will benefit from the revised program? Is there much of a difference between Silver and Gold status?
My understanding is that accounting firms don't pay for Xero (as compared to QBOA for which they do and are counted in the list of subscribers), is this correct? Also what % of referrals to you are word of mouth/ how many from Xero advisor directory?
When your anger dies down...at the end of the day how tied down to Xero are you that you will/won't change your business strategy? Also how good/ not good is the new HQ?
Are you reconsidering your investment on the basis of this?
