I'm sure we all have our own ideas on how the company should be run and whether the board is performing to our expectations.
I am in the silent majority that didn't vote this time, my personal opinion is that external factors beyond the control of the board are predominantly the cause of the depressed share price and the remuneration package is fair. I do however respect the opinion of the 25% of holdings that voted against it.
All the hot air in the world is worth less than stepping up to the plate next time we are to consider this.
I'm sure we all have our own ideas on how the company should be...
