Continuing to ALL CAPS advertise the fact isn't helping your goal of keeping this quiet.
Fact is 75% of holders thought the remuneration package was reasonable and 25% give or take didn't. Unless they're a holder at the big end of town how else are those 25% going to voice their opinion? Quiet word in one's ear at the old boys club? You may not agree with them, so be that. Take comfort in the fact that you are in the majority.
Let me try some caps. HOLDERS are the OWNERS of the business. The board WORK for the OWNERS. If the owners are UNHAPPY then their EMPLOYEES should listen.
I'm sure a public dressing down like this will become common in time. Being one of the first to have this happen can't be easy so my sympathy to the board in that respect.
