Thank you very much for that post, and I am certainly one that will hold up my hand and say I am guilty of many of the charges you have levied against posters complaining about a lack of information. Clearly I somehow missed your request for questions, but that is no excuse. It gives me greater confidence to hear what you are saying, and I look forward to some great ANN's, and do appreciate that strategy and structure are both key to a company's performance, but yes, they do take considerable time and effort to effectively implement. Hearing that this has been a focus for the company reinforces my belief, as I do understand that rapid growth without the necessary infrastructure in place can lead to an implosion as fast as larger gains in terms of production output and profit.

Your diligence is outstanding, and deeply appreciated.
