TB has to say yes to this deal. CHK has been good to us and basically is our sugar daddy going forward. Why would TB ever say no to them?

I admit I am not totally understanding the 12.5% and 25% WI's with this deal. Really not sure anyone here does as we do not know the details on who owns what lease where. zoombee says (I think) that on the 14-1H site Mountain Energy gets 12.5% and SSN gets 12.5%. Does that mean CHK would have a 75% WI? Also I wish I knew our arrangement with Mountain Energy - anybody know?
