    At $0.001 dilution in 2012, my 5M BEPPA will convert into 5 Billion BBI. Do I really want to own 5 Billion BBI with a market spread of No buyer, $0.001 seller? No thanks. I'll vote for new reset terms like 10% interest paying me $500K a year. I'm sure the major holders will also feel the same way, not like those Kiwis who voted NO.
